If we would like to proceed with setting up an interview you will hear from us via email and/or phone. All interviews are conducted through Microsoft teams video. The first interview is short and sweet, to meet you and gather the basics. If we decide to move forward to the next stage, you will be setup with two to three other individuals on the team for a more in depth interview. This provides candidates with a chance to connect with multiple members of our team, not just hiring managers.
After we conduct all interviews, we will reach out to let you know our decision. If we move forward with hiring, a hiring manager will be in contact with you to begin your onboarding journey. If we decide to go with a different candidate, please keep in mind we will retain your resume for a year if another opportunity becomes available.
